CareTech Update
LDG notes that, further to its announcement of 4 April 2022, Amalfi Bidco Limited (a consortium formed by Sheikh Holdings Group (Investments) Limited), has announced a recommended cash offer (with a partial rollover alternative) for CareTech Holdings PLC (“CareTech”), at a price of 750 pence per CareTech share. LDG currently holds 1,974,130 CareTech shares, representing approximately 1.74% of CareTech's issued share capital.

In addition, DBAY Advisors Ltd ("DBAY"), the Company's investment manager, has confirmed that, further to its announcement of 4 April 2022, it is not intending to make an offer for CareTech.
