LDG plc, the AIM Investing Company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held at 10.00 a.m. on 9 May 2024, all 10 resolutions put to the members were passed on a poll. Accordingly, resolutions 1–7 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 8, 9 and 10 were passed as special resolutions
