Results of General Meeting

LDG is pleased to announce that, at a general meeting of the Company's shareholders held earlier today (the "General Meeting"), the resolution, as set out in the Circular, dated 28 March 2025, containing details of the proposed Tender Offer to return up to £21,000,000 to shareholders at a Tender Price of 19 pence per Ordinary Share and the Notice of General Meeting of the Company in relation to the Tender Offer (“Circular”), was duly passed by shareholders by way of a poll.
