Further to the Company’s announcement on 24 April 2025 of the results of the Tender Offer (“Results Announcement”), LDG has been notified, following confirmations received by the relevant shareholders from the respective broker nominees holding their shares, of updated shareholdings as set out below, which replace the shareholdings set out in the Results Announcement.
